Our mission is to become a leading American manufacturer of advanced, sustainable, and ethical energy storage solutions. Using a proprietary AI-driven materials platform, we discover new battery materials up to 10 times faster than traditional methods. Our innovation enables safer, cheaper, and more powerful metal-free organic batteries. We are seeking a $5 million investment to expand R&D, develop a commercial prototype, and prepare for pilot manufacturing to build the future of energy.
Michael L. Weiner (Strategic Advisor)
Michael L. Weiner is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Biophan Technologies, Inc., a biomedical technology company focused on developing innovations that enable medical devices to be used safely and effectively in MRI environments. He began his career at Xerox Corporation in 1975, where he held sales and marketing roles and received the President’s Award in 1982 for an invention benefiting a major product line. In 1985, he founded Microlytics, a Xerox PARC spin-off best known for its award-winning Word Finder Thesaurus, which was acquired in 1990. Since co-founding Biophan in 2000, Weiner has led the company’s efforts in advancing MRI-compatible and MRI-safe medical device technologies, holds numerous biomedical technology patents, and serves on the boards of several technology and biomedical companies, reflecting a career defined by innovation, commercialization, and leadership in applied technology.
Angela Dellafiora Ford, born and raised in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, earned a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1976 and began her career in Washington, D.C. with the FBI, where she worked on forensic science and biometric identification communications. She later served with U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), specializing in Central American geopolitical analysis during the Cold War, and joined the Defense Intelligence Agency’s STAR GATE Program in 1986, contributing to research on anomalous cognition for national security applications.
Following STAR GATE, Ford worked as a Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE) Treaty inspector in Romania and authored a 2008 report on China’s rare-earth element production that influenced U.S. policy and a Congressional GAO study. Her career also includes international engagement on intelligence research, collaboration with Dr. Edwin May, and participation in U.S.–Russian dialogues on psi research, reflecting a career spanning intelligence analysis, treaty verification, and strategic policy impact.
Angela Ford (Co Inventor)
Vibhu Sharma is an EB-1A recipient and Associate Project Manager / Project Engineer at Arclight Contractors in Dayton, Ohio. With a background in mechanical engineering, he leads complex infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring technical precision, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. His expertise includes HVAC design, system commissioning, energy efficiency, and sustainability, supported by prior roles at EM3 and Grumman |Butkus Associates, where he conducted energy audits and authored ASHRAE Level 1–3 reports for hospitals and universities. Vibhu holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Technology from The LNM Institute of Information Technology. He is recognized for his collaborative leadership and commitment to sustainable, high-performance engineering solutions.
